Got us the clear to close in 3 weeks. Although, one important line item made it all the way through final underwriting without being verified. But, they did get it fixed prior to closing. It did cause a very unnecessarily stressful situation though. But what's important is that they got it done. That's what matters.

I've used Kim Moon and her team three times. First time on an FHA loan on a condo, second time to refinance that loan, and most recently on a VA loan on a house. Kim and her team made each of those transactions as seamless amd easy as possible. They are always quick to respond to questions during the process, and their application process is especially easy because it's all step-by-step on their website (kudos to their web developer as well).
